Those expensive geeks at your local electronics store? They charge you huge fees and talk to you like you like you don't matter.
We are not those guys! We started out helping our friends and family get value and enjoyment from their home computer investment. We do not talk down to you! We do not charge outrageous fees! We do not charge you unless we fix your problem! These are the commitments we make to you. If we do not know a practical way to solve your problem, you do not have to pay. Ask the geeks at the local electronics store if they have this policy!
Our sole focus is to help you get value from your computer. Things like setting up a home network, getting your email to work properly, backing your critical files, video conferencing with friends and family in far away places and so much more! We do not charge for the initial consultation to assess your needs. No surprises! Period!
